What Condition Is My Google Pixel In?
Use the condition options on your model’s valuation form. These general descriptions help you get started; tell us about faults as well as visible wear.
Excellent
Fully working, with little or no visible cosmetic wear.
Good
Fully working, with light scratches or small marks from normal use.
Poor
Fully working, with heavier wear, deeper scratches, dents or noticeable marks.

Tell us about cracked glass, coloured lines, flickering or unresponsive areas. Describe a display fault even if calls and charging still work.
Cameras and charging
Check the front and rear cameras and the charging connection. Include faults that appear intermittently; cosmetic condition alone does not describe them.
Fold models and Google accounts
For foldables, check both displays and the hinge. Remove your Google Account and any work-management restrictions before following the reset instructions.
Describe functional faults separately from cosmetic wear. If you are unsure which option fits, ask Selle before submitting a trade-in.
Prepare Your Google Pixel Before Selling
Back up your Pixel and transfer anything you need. Remove your Google Account and any work or device-management restrictions before following the factory-reset instructions for your model. Remove your physical SIM and transfer or remove your eSIM as appropriate.
Make sure you own the device and can remove any account locks or management restrictions. If you cannot reset it because of a fault, contact Selle before sending it.

Is a Pixel Pro XL valued as a Pixel Pro?
No. Choose the separate Pro XL listing. Similar names do not mean the devices have the same valuation.
What if I reset my Pixel but it still asks for my old Google Account?
The device may still have reset protection. Contact Selle before sending it, and follow Google’s account-removal and reset guidance. Do not send a device that the next owner cannot activate.
Can I sell a Pixel Fold with damage to its inner screen?
Check the Faulty valuation option for the exact Fold model and describe the inner display, cover display and hinge separately. Contact Selle if the device is unsafe to post.
Will I get the amount quoted?
Yes, when your device matches the model, storage and condition selected. Selle checks the device when it arrives. If there is a difference, we explain the revised offer before proceeding.
When will I receive payment?
Selle pays by bank transfer the same day your device arrives, once the device has been inspected and confirmed as described.
What if I do not accept a revised offer?
If inspection identifies a difference, Selle explains the revised valuation. If you decline the revised offer, your device is returned with free return postage.
Can I sell from outside Liverpool?
