A NEW CHAPTER FOR YOUR PHONEUK-WIDE

Find Your Broken Phone’s Make and Model

Choose your exact phone, then select its storage and the Faulty condition where offered. If you cannot identify it or the available options do not describe the damage, ask us before booking.

Which Phone Faults Should I Tell Selle About?

Describe all known faults, not only the most obvious crack. These are issues to disclose for assessment; they are not a promise that every damaged phone will be accepted.

Cracked Screens and Back Glass

Tell us about front or rear cracks, missing glass, display lines, black spots or touch areas that no longer respond.

Charging and Battery Faults

Describe poor battery life, intermittent charging, unexpected shutdowns or a phone that only works when plugged in.

Phones That Will Not Switch On

Tell us whether it shows a charging symbol, vibrates or responds at all. Contact us if you cannot identify the model or remove an account lock.

Camera, Audio and Face ID Issues

Disclose blurry or non-working cameras, speaker or microphone faults, damaged buttons and fingerprint or Face ID problems.

Liquid Damage

Explain what happened and what still works. Selected liquid-damaged phones may have value, but the model and extent of damage need assessment before an offer is confirmed.

Previous Repairs and Warnings

Mention replaced parts, incomplete repairs and any parts or service warnings. Tell us if the fault appeared after a repair.

How Much Is a Broken Phone Worth?

A working phone with one cracked panel is different from a device with display, charging and internal faults. Value depends on the model, storage, damage and usable functions.

Get a Quote for Its Current Condition

There is no need to repair a phone just to ask for a quote. Select the correct model and storage, then disclose the faults. If the online form does not cover them, use our valuation enquiry form.

Understand the Inspection

When the device matches the selected details, we pay the quoted amount. If inspection identifies a difference, we explain the revised offer. You choose whether to accept it; return postage is free if you decline.

Prepare a Damaged Phone Before Sending

Protect Your Data and Accounts

Back up anything you can access. Remove Find My, Activation Lock, Google or Samsung account locks and any management restrictions, then erase the phone. If damage prevents this, contact Selle before booking. Never send us your passwords.

Package It Safely

Keep the device secure inside a sturdy, padded box. Do not post a phone with a swollen, leaking or seriously damaged battery. Contact Selle before sending a wet or liquid-damaged device so we can discuss whether it can be accepted and how it should be handled.

Selling Broken Phones: Your Questions Answered

Can I sell a phone with a cracked screen?

Many cracked phones can still have value. Choose your exact model and the Faulty condition where available, and disclose display or touch faults as well as the broken glass.

Can I sell a phone that will not turn on?

It may still have value, depending on the model and fault. Tell us what you know and which functions you cannot test. Contact Selle before sending if you cannot identify it or remove account locks.

Do you buy water-damaged phones?

Selected liquid-damaged devices may have value. Describe the exposure and current faults so we can assess the model and extent of damage. Contact us before posting; do not send a wet device or a damaged battery.

Should I select Poor or Faulty?

Poor describes a fully working device with heavier cosmetic wear. Cracks or hardware problems should be disclosed under Faulty where that option is offered. Use the exact-model condition descriptions or ask us if unsure.

Can I sell a locked or managed phone?

You must own the device and be able to remove account locks or management restrictions. Contact Selle before booking if a fault prevents this. Do not send a device you cannot lawfully sell.

Will I receive the amount quoted?

Yes, when the device matches the model, storage and condition selected. If inspection finds a difference, we explain any revised offer before you decide whether to proceed.

When will I be paid?

Selle pays by bank transfer the same day your device arrives, once it has been inspected and confirmed as described.

What if I decline a revised offer?

If you decline a revised offer, we return your device with free return postage.

Can I sell more than one device?

Yes. Add each device to your sell basket with its own storage and condition, then complete one booking for the devices together.
